The club championship, organised by Jim, was a 5-round Swiss tournament. Time controls were the same as the Edinburgh League (34/85mins + 20 min allegro) or incremental (85mins + 20sec). The tournament finished with three players on 4/5 and Tom Leah emerged victorious after a playoff.

After coming in second, the third team lost a play-off and so were destined to remain in Division 3. However a league restructuring moved them up to Division 2, where they will need to play hard to survive. New fixtures/results. New league tables.

A hard 2024/25 season in Division 1 saw the Dragons second team fighting for the title but only getting second place. We lost out in the promotion battle and remain in Division 1. We normally do well in this division but some of our strength is required in the Premier Division. New league tables.
